To convert your text to voice in notepad, you need to type the code below in your notepad. And it has to be saved. This file has to be saved in .vbs format.
As soon as you save your file, then you will have to search the file by which name you saved the file. After this, click on that file and type text in it. Which you have to convert to voice, then click on the OK button. Your text will be converted to voice format, which you can listen to easily.
